A nationwide class action lawsuit against the pharmaceutical giant alleging unpaid overtime wages. The lawsuit was filed in federal court and claims that Ortho-McNeil routinely denies overtime wages, meal and rest breaks and other compensation to its pharmaceutical sales representatives as required by federal and California law.
